The service

NightDesk provides AI-powered reception, messaging, and booking services to local businesses. When you interact with a business through NightDesk, you may exchange messages, receive appointment information, and provide the details needed to serve your request. NightDesk acts on behalf of the business you contacted.

Messaging terms

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sending unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content; infringing others’ rights; or attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by NightDesk or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Information provided by an AI assistant is drawn from a business’s own materials and may contain errors; it is not professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NightDesk and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
